And I thought you'd enjoy this shot of Josh. He was trying to hang the doors and the sparks were flying but we couldn't find the protective glasses so Kendra volunteered these swim goggles!

The door saga
We figured that buying new doors for the upstairs would be about 200 euros a piece. Since there are four bedrooms, the bathroom and the hall door that's starting to add up. Josh felt convinced he could whip these ones into shape. So he started sanding and I started working on the door frames. Several coats of paint were required and we had problems with bugs being attracted to our shiny white doors. After all that work Josh realized our door was warped and wasn't going to work. But he's gotten a bathroom door up and a door for the girls. And although our door doesn't close we've got one too. He's off again at KRIZ our theology program for young leaders for these two weeks. So once he gets back we'll be back to our project. Until then the kids and I are enjoying being in our new place.

Nice! Sounds like something Jon would do.
Soooo...ask Erik about the time he used 1/2 of a 5-gallon water jug as "protective" eye gear. yep.
